Some days life’s a bowl of cherries, other days it’s just the pits.  Anyone who tells you otherwise is either selling something, on something or needs to be.

Life is full of ups, downs and in-betweens. It’s how you make the most of the ups and deal with the downs that counts most. And as for the in-betweens, they usually fall into the daily grind category and the best way to deal with those is to give yourself a daily mini vacation.

In other words take 10-15 minutes each day to do ab-so-lutely NOTHING! That’s right nothing of any significance whatsoever, but something that allows you to refresh, recharge and recoup.
