One of the toughest things about being in business is finding and keeping good people.  Take it from someone who knows. It’s a real lottery and unfortunately the numbers applying for a job are usually in inverse proportion to the star candidates with the qualities you need to make you, your team and your business better. Otherwise, why are you paying them?

Personal spin has become an art form these days and resumes lie. Overblown resume claims are in plague proportions in the job market and frustratingly in my experience, a significant number of them are nothing less than big fat porkies.
